With our vast experience in engineering we have solutions for any kind of challenging problems. We have a list of case histories to back this up. We have manufactured hydraulic cylinders up to 400 mm bore and 2000 mm stroke in house. And we have the capability to go in to bigger sizes as well as numbers.

QUALITY

We believe in 100% testing before dispatch. Hydraulic cylinders are used diversely and each application comes with a different set of forces and challenges on the cylinder. We design our test after visualizing all such challenges our cylinder will have to go through.

We have developed all the processes a hydraulic cylinder has to go through in house from machining honing of tubes, grinding of piston rods machining. Only hard chrome plating and is out sourced.

We offer special coating (eg. ceramic coating) on piston for hydraulic cylinders subjected to heavily corrosive environments
